Run sponsor-side transactions end-to-end. Draft, negotiate, and lead core workstreams across buyouts, add-ons, minority / growth investments, venture rounds, recapitalizations, exits, and executive equity.

What youll do :

• Run PE / M&A workstreams with direct client contact.
• Draft / negotiate SPAs, merger and rollover docs, equity and incentive plans, key ancillaries.
• Own diligence, closings, and counterparty / advisor coordination.
• Mentor juniors; regular partner exposure.
