Overview
We're hiring a Sales Representative to join their close-knit, high-energy team. This is a full-cycle sales role from initial outreach to closing that blends new business development with account management and member success. You'll spend most of your time on the phone and on the road : connecting with automotive recyclers, explaining member benefits, attending trade shows, and helping new members onboard.
What You'll Do
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective recycler members (warm and cold leads provided- no lead sourcing required)
- Educate owners and managers on the value of membership
- Manage the full sales process from first contact through onboarding and follow-up
- Support existing members at trade shows and industry events across the U.S. and Canada
- Track outreach, pipeline, and activity in Salesforce
- Collaborate with the member success and marketing teams to ensure a great experience for every member
