Smith & Co. Dental Practitioners is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team of dental professionals in Bel Air, MD! Our practice is known for delivering exceptional care to the community using state-of-the-art technology and innovative techniques. $18 - $27 an hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities

Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures

Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments are properly sterilized

Take and process digital X-rays

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Provide excellent patient care and education throughout their visit

Support the team with daily clinical and sterilization duties

Qualifications

Prior hands-on dental assisting experience preferred, but not required

Knowledge of Dentrix software is a plus

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Positive, professional attitude, and strong attention to detail
