A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop and implement training solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Conducts job and task analyses to define learning objectives and effective training solutions
Designs curriculum plans and develops training programs in collaboration with subject matter experts
Implements evaluation strategies to assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of instructional design experience; a master's degree is preferred
Experience designing training for complex subject matter across various delivery modalities
Proficiency with course authoring tools and eLearning development software
Strong project management skills; experience with Wrike is a plus
Knowledge of instructional technologies and design methodologies such as ADDIE / SAM
