Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years CT Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Advance your imaging career with a specialized opportunity as a CT Technologist in the vibrant Opelousas, Louisiana area. This contract role offers a unique chance to work with advanced Siemens and GE CT scanners, delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a dynamic hospital environment.

Schedule / Hours :

  • 7 days on, 7 days off
  • 12-hour night shifts (6 : 30 PM 6 : 30 AM)
  • Every other weekend required
  • Occasional floating to other shifts for coverage

Responsibilities :

  • Perform a variety of diagnostic CT procedures with precision and efficiency
  • Operate Siemens Somatom Go Top and GE Lightspeed VCT scanners
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
  • Adhere to safety and compliance standards within the diagnostic imaging department

    • Qualifications :

  • ARRT (R) and (CT) certification required
  • BLS (AHA) certification mandatory
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent, independent CT experience (candidates should not be first-time travelers)
  • Proficiency with Siemens and GE CT platforms
