A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager responsible for driving profitable growth through independent agency partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead sales growth and profitability by partnering with independent agencies

Cultivate and strengthen agent relationships through coaching and strategic planning

Identify market opportunities and implement strategies to drive revenue across all lines of business

Required Qualifications

5+ years of insurance sales, agency management, or related experience

Strong background in Washington's independent agency channel

Proven ability to grow relationships and drive results

Bachelor's degree required; CIC or other industry certifications a plus
