Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across our properties, including buildings and restaurant venues. This position demands a hands-on expert with deep knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems, paired with a solid understanding of restaurant and kitchen infrastructure. The ideal candidate is not just technically proficient, but also a strategic thinker able to anticipate future operational needs, plan facility upgrades and renovations, and play a key role in enhancing the overall functionality and growth of our business.

Key responsibilities include :

• Manage daily maintenance operations across multiple locations, including restaurants, kitchens, offices, and property spaces
• Supervise repairs and preventive work on electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and general building systems
• Partner with ownership and operational leaders to plan and execute renovations, remodels, and capital improvement projects
• Ensure all systems especially kitchen and restaurant equipment function efficiently, safely, and in compliance with health and building codes
• Develop a long-term maintenance strategy aligned with business growth and evolving operational needs
• Oversee vendor relationships and service contracts; coordinate external service providers as needed
• Implement and manage a preventive maintenance schedule to reduce downtime and extend asset lifespan
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues, including on-call support when required
• Maintain thorough records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities
• Foster a culture of safety, cleanliness, and collaboration across facilities
• Communicate effectively with restaurant teams, property staff, and management to minimize disruptions and support smooth operations
