Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in change management, strategy, or transformation roles
Change Management certification from an accredited provider
Experience in executing complex strategic programs, preferably in the tech industry
Proficiency in MS Office and creative development skills for engaging deliverables
Ability to integrate AI into work processes and decision-making
