Key Responsibilities
Lead initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and streamline HR operations
Redesign HR processes and structures for efficiency and scalability
Develop and implement value creation plans related to HR and organizational design
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, HR transformation, or organizational design
Strong business acumen and experience working with C-suite leaders
Expertise in organizational diagnostics and HR analytics
Familiarity with HR systems and process redesign methodologies
Experience in a PE-backed or carve-out transformation environment is preferred
