Sanger Heart & Vascular Institute , a part of Atrium Health, is looking for a Cardiology Acute Care NP or PA to join our team.

• This role is an autonomous part of our team-based care model and utilized to top of license and scope on our inpatient general cardiology service.
• The APP will be part of a team of specialized cardiology MDs and APPs.
• The APP will direct in hospital care services and perform medical acts under the supervision of the Service line physician to all patients on the cardiology service including general cardiology, Interventional, and Heart Failure (HF) patients.
• Areas of clinical work include but not limited to medicine / surgical floors, cardiovascular telemetry unit, CVICU, med / surg ICU, Emergency Department, and the cardiovascular OBS unit. The APP is expected to be capable of reacting calmly and effectively in emergency situations and be able to work autonomously as a provider.

CARDIOLOGY AGACNP or PA :

Position Requirements :

Maintain ACLS and BLS certification as well as all licenses and certifications as mandated by the Hospital Credentialing Committee.
