Your Role :

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at The Endoscopy Center, you will play a critical role in every stage of patient care from pre-op assessments to post-procedure recovery. You will be the calm in the storm, the reassuring voice, and the expert clinician working side-by-side with physicians and techs to provide seamless, safe, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities Include :

Perform compassionate care to patients before, during, and after procedures

Perform thorough assessments, administer medications, monitor IVs, track vital signs and assist with patient preparation.

Prep patients for procedures : educate, obtain consents, and ensure safety

Assist during endoscopic procedures (EGDs, colonoscopies, etc.)

Monitor recovery, ensure patient safety, and facilitate a smooth discharge process.

Respond swiftly and effectively in emergent situations

Maintain impeccable documentation and compliance with AAAHC, OSHA, and infection control standards

Foster a clean, safe, and well-stocked clinical environment

Mentor new team members and support a culture of excellence
