Job descriptionBasic computer skills (Windows, MS Office, email). Ability to operate office scanning and printing equipment. Familiarity with PDF and common file formats (TIFF, JPEG). Attention to detail when naming, saving, and organizing digital files. (Optional) Experience with document management systems (e.g., DocuWare) or indexing software. Ability to perform basic troubleshooting of office equipment (paper jams, calibration, etc.)

It’s a short-term project , no additional experience required.
What You’ll Do
- Simple document scanning, including technical documents such as build drawings.
- Additional indexing of these documents.
