Solution Architect

Responsible for facilitating the implementation and support of SAP Retail, SAP Omni Channel Integration, SAP Sales and Distribution, and SAP Materials Management; perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solution to identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements; facilitate workshops with clients to collect business requirements; map client business requirements, processes and objectives to develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs within the SAP Retail, SAP Omni Channel Integration, SAP Sales and Distribution, and SAP Materials Management modules; design, customize, configure and test the SAP Retail, SAP Omni Channel Integration, SAP Sales and Distribution, and SAP Materials Management modules; identify gaps, issues and workaround solutions for SAP Retail, SAP Omni Channel Integration, SAP Sales and Distribution, and SAP Materials Management modules; utilize SAP S / 4 HANA Private Cloud, SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository), SAP Sales & Distribution, SAP Materials Management, sales price determination & integration, and SAP Data Migration to perform duties; act as liaison with client for troubleshooting including investigating, analyzing, and solving software problems; proactively identify and propose business process and / or system enhancements; provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects; provide ad-hoc assistance and user support as required; act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to SAP Retail Consultants; determine business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations; assess existing IT infrastructure and recommend improvements.
