Our client is looking for an On-site Administrative Shipping Coordinator for a temp-to-hire position near Shiloh, NJ.
Hours : 8 AM to 4 PM
Pay Range : $18-$20 / hr. ( Pay rate dependent on Shipping experience )
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Prepare shipping documents
- Schedule and coordinate pick-up and delivery of shipments.
- Quality Control - Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and handling of goods to prevent damage or loss.
- Identify and resolve any shipping-related problems or discrepancies.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using shipping software and systems
- Effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners.
