• Innovative Inbasket Ninja Program in place for Primary Care that covers inbaskets of any departed providers or providers on leave or vacation. - A first call system is in place with a nurse practitioner / physician assistant on call for your patients - EMR : EpicBenefits and compensation : - Salary Range : $320,000 $374,000 based on 4 day work week. Salary is based on a variety of factors - Sign-on Bonus up to $200,0000 - Group Employed Model - Residency stipend up to $45,000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation - Health System offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap.
