Licensed Pest Control Technician (2+ Exp Required) Local Applicants Only

New York based family owned and operated pest control firm is preferably seeking a 7A licensed technician with minimum 2+ years of experience performing route work in Manhattan for high-end commercial / institutional and residential clients. Specific experience for Rat Assessment and Elimination projects indoor and outdoor will be a major plus. It is beneficial that the candidate has the ability to put forth a control and elimination program to the client.

• Responsible for providing pest remediation and prevention solutions to residential / commercial and institutional property
• Conducting thorough interior and exterior inspections for insects and vermin and implementing effective treatment plans to remedy infestation. Advising clients of their participation in certain situations that will reduce the risk of future infestations.
• Knowledge of pest control materials / chemicals and products and offering sound advice on treatment products and procedures.
• Setting traps, bait stations indoor and / or outside for rodents. Treating outside rat burrows
• Treating homes and structures for ants, German & American roaches, spiders, centipedes and millipedes.
• Knowledge of sealing and exclusion procedures.
• Safely and efficiently remove wasp, hornet and bee nests.
• Advising clients of continuing service if necessary based on the initial service.
• Detailed
• service reporting and material usage per EPA standards through our Fieldworks app program

A clean drivers license necessary with no accident or moving violation on record for the past three years.

Commercial company vehicle provided with gas / tolls / parking / maintenance paid
