Responsibilities
Arrange domestic and complex international travel for busy executives, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportationBuild rapport with business travelers to ensure their needs are met by a trusted team of corporate travel professionalsEnsure accurate and timely completion of travel reservations while adhering to company guidelinesProvide consultative support and exceptional customer service throughout the booking processManage ticketing, exchanges, and changes involving complex international fares with minimal disruption to travel plansQualifications
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in corporate travel managementIn-depth familiarity with the Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS) for fare calculations and itinerary managementProven ability to handle complex itineraries and Passenger Name Records (PNRs)Strong communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor when interacting with clientsAbility to manage multiple urgent tasks while maintaining efficiency and qualityPreferred Qualifications
