Overview
Office Assistant 3 (OA3) in the Community Corrections Division, Seattle, WA. This full-time, non-permanent position supports the Seattle Community Justice Center (CJC) located at 1550 4th Ave South, Seattle, WA 98134. Under general supervision from the Administrative Assistant 3 (AA3), this position performs receptionist, file management, and routine, advanced clerical duties for the AA3, Community Corrections Supervisor (CCS), and the Community Corrections Officers (CCOs) within the Seattle CJC. This non-permanent opportunity is expected to not exceed twelve months.
Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm.

Responsibilities
- Manage front desk reception, greet and direct clients, the general public, and stakeholders to the appropriate staff.
- Manage a multi-line phone system.
- Ensure the public entry door is opened at 8 : 00 am and closed / secured at 5 : 00 pm.
- Manage and maintain electronic and physical files.
- Database entry and retrieval from systems such as OMNI (Offender Management Network Information) and OnBase.
- Assist with managing, tracking, and archiving PSI (pre-sentence investigations) and field files.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Assist with ordering and stocking office supplies.
- Complete training as required.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent.Six months of clerical and / or customer service experience.Basic proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).Unrestricted driver's license valid in the State of Washington.The successful candidate will possess the following skills and abilities
