We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Solana Beach, California. In this long-term contract role, you will provide technical assistance to end-users, ensuring seamless operation of desktop systems and related technologies.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver prompt and efficient technical assistance to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and system issues.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft technologies, including Office 365 and Windows-based computers.
- Configure and troubleshoot Azure and Intune environments to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee the functionality of Logitech AV systems, ensuring smooth operations for executive and board meetings.
- Provide high-quality, white-glove support to executives and senior management.
- Utilize ticketing systems such as Freshservice, ServiceNow, or Jira to track and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions while working independently when necessary.
- Support a user base of approximately 85 individuals, including 12+ executives.
- Ensure consistent communication and excellent interpersonal interactions with users and stakeholders.
- Maintain desktop administration tasks and uphold system standards.
Requirements :
At least 2 years of experience in Level 1 troubleshooting and end-user support.Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Office 365 and Windows-based systems.Familiarity with Azure and Intune technologies.Knowledge of Logitech AV systems and their operations.Proven experience in providing executive-level support with attention to detail.Hands-on experience with ticketing systems such as Freshservice, ServiceNow, or Jira.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
