Senior Contract Administrator
Sentar is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator in Huntsville, AL! Responsibilities will include :
- Interface with program managers, clients, vendors, contractors, subcontractors, and internal staff providing comprehensive and proactive support as a valued and trusted advisor to the group
- Review both contract and subcontract agreements and negotiate a mutually beneficial contract for mission success
- Prepare Subcontract and Consulting agreements
- Manage both contracts and subcontract agreements from cradle to grave inclusive of compliance with external and internal controls
- Maintain accurate, detailed and complete contractual records
- Tracking funding and expenditures for limitation notices and updating the project team
- Draft, review and negotiate TAs and NDAs
- Participate in the development and fulfillment of solicitation requirements in proposal preparation to include participating in cost volume creation and pricing activities
- Administer, monitor and track all contract activity for T&M, FFP, IDIQ, CPFF, and Task Order contract types
- Solve complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices
- Strategize with program teams for risk evaluation and mitigation
- Experience with and understanding of CostPoint data entry and project setup required
Qualifications :
Clearance Level : SecretEducation : Bachelors DegreeExperience : 5+ years of experience in contract and subcontract administration for a government contractorDemonstrate a thorough understanding of FAR, DFARS, and other Agency SupplementsAbility to negotiate complex agreements and communicate requirements effectivelyUnderstanding of contract and acquisition law and applicable regulationsProficiency in Deltek CostPointExperience with administration of GSA schedules a plusDemonstrated ability of High levels of productivityPossess excellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain positive customer relationships with both internal and external customersProficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)Must be organized, able to multi-task, and know efforts intimatelyMust be a Self-starter who is capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentBenefits at Sentar :
