• Days, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM or 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM
• Nights, 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM | 11 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM

What You’ll Do :

Deliver safe, resident-centered care

Collaborate with care teams, physicians, and families

Serve as a clinical role model and resource for staff

Requirements :

Current LPN or RN license in KY (or reciprocal state)

CPR certification

Long-term care experience preferred
