Manufacturing Maintenance Technician (Food Manufacturing) (CA / YM)

Garden Grove, CA | 3rd shift (9 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM)

Base pay : $50,000 – $56,000 per year | Annual bonus available.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests from production and other departments.
• Troubleshoot, repair, or improve equipment as appropriate.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.
• Improve production efficiency, reduce energy consumption, waste, maintenance cost, and enhance safety and work environment.
• Communicate with shift supervisor and coworkers to complete work orders.
• Maintain tools, machine parts, supplies, and workshop well.
• Input work orders using CMMS (eMaint).
• Manage and operate utility equipment : electric switch gears, boiler, air compressor, chiller, ventilation.
• Assist with company projects and support maintenance manager and related department.
• Regularly inspect machinery and equipment for wear, potential issues, and safety compliance.
