Provider Data Services Specialist

A company is looking for a Provider Data Services Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct proactive outreach to provider offices to confirm demographic information and participation in the Medicaid plan

Capture outreach results in a QuickBase application for compliance and network partners

Support projects to improve accuracy of EPDB demographic data through research and validation efforts

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in customer service

High school diploma or GED

Previous experience working with provider demographic data (preferred)

Previous experience working within QuickBase (preferred)

Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred)
