Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts totaling $5M+ in annual revenue
Identify opportunities for increased revenue and product adoption within accounts
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and ensure client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in B2B sales and account management
Experience managing a $10M+ annual book of business
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) preferred
Knowledge of the print-on-demand industry is preferred
