CPA Corporate Accounting Director

A company is looking for a Director, Assistant Controller.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the global Corporate accounting function and month-end close process

Coach and mentor a Corporate accounting team of 10+ while prioritizing initiatives

Prepare consolidated financial statements and assist with financial statement analytics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent

CPA with Big 4 experience preferred

12+ years of corporate accounting / audit experience, including consolidations

Experience in financial reporting and internal controls in an international environment

Industry experience in cryptocurrency, financial services, or high-growth tech companies preferred
