Lead EDM Consultant

A company is looking for a Lead EDM Consultant (Workday Product).

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure the Employee Document Management application for Workday, leading a workstream

Build relationships with customers to deliver solutions that meet their needs and support them throughout the deployment journey

Provide guidance to customers and mentor junior team members

Required Qualifications

Strong understanding of Workday products, particularly HCM, and relevant Workday certification

Experience in the Workday consultancy ecosystem

Excellent customer focus and relationship management skills

Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project dynamics

Able to lead a functional workstream throughout the full project lifecycle
