As a

• Lead Installer / Field Supervisor
• , you’ll still perform top-quality residential HVAC installations—but with added leadership responsibilities. In addition to your install work, you’ll :
• Provide in-field support and mentorship to install teams
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and communicate with the Install Manager
• Ensure job quality meets Aiello’s standards across multiple projects
• Help train new team members and foster a strong, professional work culture
• Maintain clear, effective communication between field teams and management
• You’ve seen our trucks—now come lead from the front.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours : No less than 40 per week
