Location : Morton, IL (Onsite : Tues-Thurs)

Estimated Duration : 12 months

Pay Rate : $22-25 / hr (W2 + Benefits), $27-29 / hr (C2C)

About the Role :

Join our clients dynamic Integrated Logistics team as a Logistics Analyst and play a pivotal role in global supply chain operations. In this position, you will take charge of outbound parts and components shipping from North American manufacturing facilities, with a primary focus on international transportation. Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor International Shipments : Track the progress of shipments to ensure on-time delivery and quickly address disruptions.
• Problem Resolution : Collaborate with North American facilities and transportation providers (ocean carriers, customs brokers, freight forwarders) to resolve issues.
• Customer Service : Provide status updates, handle advancement and change requests, and answer inquiries on costs, transit times, and more.
• Administrative Tasks : Manage a shared inbox, compile information for manual PO requests, and perform ad hoc track-and-trace tasks.
