Location : Morton, IL (Onsite : Tues-Thurs)
Estimated Duration : 12 months
Pay Rate : $22-25 / hr (W2 + Benefits), $27-29 / hr (C2C)
About the Role :
Join our clients dynamic Integrated Logistics team as a Logistics Analyst and play a pivotal role in global supply chain operations. In this position, you will take charge of outbound parts and components shipping from North American manufacturing facilities, with a primary focus on international transportation. Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor International Shipments : Track the progress of shipments to ensure on-time delivery and quickly address disruptions.
 - Problem Resolution : Collaborate with North American facilities and transportation providers (ocean carriers, customs brokers, freight forwarders) to resolve issues.
 - Customer Service : Provide status updates, handle advancement and change requests, and answer inquiries on costs, transit times, and more.
 - Administrative Tasks : Manage a shared inbox, compile information for manual PO requests, and perform ad hoc track-and-trace tasks.

Required Skills and Experience :
High school diploma or GED with 2-4 years of transportation or international supply chain experience; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Experience in customer service with a focus on urgency.Desired Qualifications :
Background in international shipping, supply chains, or geography.Degrees in political science, international relations, international business, supply chain, or geography are a plus.Ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve challenges ranging from labor disruptions to documentation errors.Work Environment :
Hybrid schedule : Office presence required Tuesday-Thursday; optional remote work on Monday and Friday.Collaborative environment with frequent interaction with global teams, transportation analysts, and key stakeholders.Disqualifiers :
