Job Description

  • Responsible for leading a quality inspection team of 10 direct reports in forging heat treating and grinding operation
  • Will be over 2 shifts and have 8 inspectors and 2 NDT technicians
  • Will maintain quality by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Will drive accountability over the CMM process

    • Key Requirements

  • Experience with a metal product
  • Aerospace background
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
