Supply Chain Coordinator
Cimarron is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract at either Schriever Space Force Base in the Colorado Springs, CO area or the Redstone Arsenal in the Huntsville, AL area.
Key Duties :
- Coordinate with suppliers / vendors on orders, deliveries, and shipping schedules, including resolving discrepancies and managing return material authorizations (RMAs).
- Support purchase planning by working with project managers and engineers to develop cost rough order of magnitude (ROMs) and submit work orders.
- Collaborate with internal buyers to obtain vendor quotes.
- Work closely with internal teams (procurement, contracts, finance) and external stakeholders (suppliers / vendors).
- Maintain clear communication with suppliers / vendors regarding order issues, configurations, and technical resolutions.
- Ensure supply chain activities comply with all applicable regulations and laws.
- Analyze supply chain data, identify areas for improvement, and prepare reports for management.
- Identify and resolve supply chain issues such as delays, shortages, or quality problems.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education :

Experience with government contracts governed by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and related regulations.Familiarity with supply chain and procurement software / tools.Business Profile :
