Pay : $15–$20 / hour (based on experience)

Schedule : Flexible hours, Monday–Friday

We’re a busy, customer-focused bank in Greenville looking for a bilingual (Spanish / English) Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. If you’re professional, reliable, and passionate about helping people with their financial needs — we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do :

Greet and assist customers with transactions, inquiries, and account services

Handle customer needs related to loans, deposits, and lending products

Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English

Provide support in a fast-paced, professional environment

Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements :

Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)

Experience working in a bank, credit union, or lending environment

Strong customer service and communication skills

Detail-oriented and able to multitask

Professional appearance and demeanor

    Trabajar en equipo para lograr la satisfacción del cliente

    Requisitos :

    Fluidez en español e inglés (hablado y escrito)

    Experiencia previa en bancos, cooperativas de crédito o servicios de préstamos

    Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y atención al cliente

    Atención al detalle y capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas

    Imagen y comportamiento profesional

    Ofrecemos :

    Pago competitivo : $15–$20 por hora según experiencia

    Horario flexible de lunes a viernes (¡no se trabaja fines de semana!)
