Key Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new clients and families, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Provide personalized outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs, guiding them on their journey to healing and resilience.
• Create comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans, empowering clients to maintain stable functioning throughout their mental health journey.
• Engage actively in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance overall client care.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, maintaining the highest standards of professional responsibility.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to deliver a holistic approach to mental health care.
