Key Responsibilities :

• Specimen Collection : Perform venipuncture on patients of all age groups to ensure quality specimens.
• Diagnostic Testing : Conduct accurate tests across assigned lab departments and troubleshoot equipment or procedural issues as needed.
• Quality Control Compliance : Adhere to SOPs for quality control, document corrective actions, and make informed decisions regarding test results.
• Professional Development : Engage in competency assessments, continuing education, and in-service training to maintain professional standards.
• System Utilization : Efficiently navigate the Laboratory Information System (LIS) and other relevant technology platforms.
• Professional Engagement : Maintain certifications, attend departmental meetings, and participate in educational activities.
