Position Details :

A facility in Oneida, NY is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for their Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) .

Requirements : BLS certification, minimum 1 year of nursing experience, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Role Overview : The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing patient care to ensure high-quality and compassionate services. The role involves supervising RNs, LPNs, and support staff while promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, attention to detail, and dedication to patient-centered care.

Unit Details :

Caregivers who have left the organization within the past 5 years are ineligible for rehire .
