Job Description

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patients' needs and create personalized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply evidence-based methods to strengthen patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and everyday activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Partner with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive, all-encompassing care
• Guide Patients and Families : Educate individuals and their families about therapy approaches to encourage ongoing progress at home
• Track and Record Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans when necessary, ensuring that patients are on target
