Senior Database Developer

A company is looking for a Senior Database Developer.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain import and extract processes for internal and client-facing systems

Contribute to data discovery, mapping, and migration efforts to support new client onboarding

Troubleshoot and resolve data quality and performance issues in collaboration with engineering and QA teams

Required Qualifications

5-7+ years of experience designing and maintaining SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and functions

Strong experience with Oracle and / or PostgreSQL or a comparable relational database

Experience tuning SQL for performance, particularly in large-scale, high-volume environments

Familiarity with ETL development, data migration strategies, and real-time / batch data movement

Solid understanding of data security, particularly in PCI-compliant or regulated environments
