Certifications and Licenses Required :

Valid RN License in the state of practice

BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)

ACLS Certification (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred but may be required depending on unit needs

Key Responsibilities :

Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in the medical-surgical unit during night shifts and rotating schedules.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care activities and vital signs.

Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control measures.

Ensure a supportive and calming environment for patients and their families.

Qualifications and Experience :

At least 1 year of recent RN experience in a Med Surg setting.

Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to handle a diverse patient population.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Proven ability to adapt to rotating schedules and varied shifts, including weekends.
