Maintenance Coordinator

About The Role

Serve as a key KPI contributor by supporting the Maintenance Manager and team in daily operations. The role focuses on coordinating tasks, driving continuous improvement through 3P projects, and reporting progress to ensure operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

• Communicate priorities and provide instructions.
• Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Efficiency Oversight: Monitor real-time progress to meet daily goals.
• Tool & Equipment Maintenance: Ensure tools are safe and operational.
• Emergency Response: Address urgent safety concerns.
• Reporting: Share daily updates with supervisors/management.
• Perform tasks as assigned by the manager.
• Jira MFG Maintenance Tracker
• Asset Panda
• Maintenance Supplies purchasing
• Spare tool and accessories inventory

What You Bring

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• High integrity and work ethic.
• Experience in maintenance, janitorial, or construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• High school diploma or higher in a related field.

ZT Systems assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $44,200 and $59,490 annually. If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
