Overview

The Behavioral Health Clinician is responsible for direct patient care and safety including diagnostic, assessment, treatment, and discharge planning for children, adolescents, and their families in Outpatient, Inpatient or Emergency Department settings. The Creative Arts Therapist Behavioral Health Clinician (CAT BHC) features a master's in art therapy, drama therapy or expressive arts therapy focused on the mental health population. This position delivers direct patient care and ensures patient safety through assessment, diagnosis, and the implementation of creative arts therapy interventions. As a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team, the CAT BHC provides services within the Pediatric Mental Health Institute, specifically through the Ponzio Creative Arts Therapy Program and the Integrative & Creative Care Division. This role includes working in both inpatient and outpatient settings and offering individual, group, and multi-family creative arts therapy sessions.

The position may involve working in both inpatient and outpatient settings and offers individual, group, and multi-family creative arts therapy sessions as part of the Pediatric Mental Health Institute programs.

Salary Information

Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week) : $68,066.41 to $102,099.61
