Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess patients' occupational therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy to improve functional independence and quality of life
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation teams for optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulations
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and discharge meetings

    • Requirements

  • Active Maine Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skills
  • Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
