HVAC Project Manager
Position Overview
The HVAC Project Manager will oversee and manage HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects meet client specifications, are completed on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills and an in-depth understanding of HVAC systems and project management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HVAC projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project specifications are met.
- Prepare and review project estimates and change orders.
- Oversee the design, installation, and retrofit of HVAC systems in commercial buildings such as hospitals and schools.
- Implement building automation systems to enhance energy efficiency and control.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Forecast project needs and allocate resources effectively.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Proven experience in HVAC project management, preferably in commercial construction.Strong understanding of estimating, design, and installation processes for HVAC systems.Experience with building automation systems and energy-efficient solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Knowledge of relevant codes and regulations related to HVAC installations.Benefits
