Job descriptionInstalls, repairs and provides technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises. Ensures systems operate as designed and are maintained and / or upgraded per requirements. Works collaboratively with technical colleagues to ensure customers receive timely, effective, and seamless service. Schedules services, completes all required administration, and works with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality. Serves as Field Engineer for large, complex clients and across the range of company products and services. Performs server and storage break and fix. Performs VIP deskside support activities. Uses advanced tools and technical knowledge to resolve client problems and conduct high-level installation activities for storage and network devices. Leverages advanced understanding of hardware, software, and operating systems, along with advanced troubleshooting capabilities to address and resolve significant issues escalated from team members and / or clients. Tests and certifies mainframes, servers and other infrastructure associated with networks and peripherals. High School Diploma or GED required. May require technical certification or associate degree. Generally, 4-6 years' experience in area of responsibility.

Duration : 14 Months (Possible Extension)
Pay Range : $26 to 30 / Hr. on W2 (Without Benefits)
Note :
- Driving position based at 515 E 44th St, Lubbock, TX 79404.
- The role involves covering Amarillo, the Texas Panhandle, Clovis, Midland / Odessa, and surrounding areas, with 2-3 hours of travel time.
- The position works alongside another FE in this region.
