Job descriptionCompetitive pay based on experience Team bonus Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Generous PTO and paid holidays Traditional and Roth 401(k) options Referral Bonus Program Free CE courses 3+ years of hands-on DA experience is required Must have a valid Radiology and Coronal Polishing certification Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Familiarity with Open Dental software is ideal Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Friendly, team-first attitude with excellent communication skills Willing to learn and grow as our technology evolves (experience with CBCT, digital impressions, or 3D printing is a plus) A positive, team-oriented culture that truly cares about its staff and patients Exposure to leading dental technologies, including CBCT imaging, SprintRay 3D printing, and same-day crown systems Ongoing growth and advancement opportunities A fun, supportive work environment
