Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Pharmacist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : ASAP Duration : 10 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Shift : 10 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM Guaranteed Hours : 40 Contract Length : 10 weeks Position : Pharmacist Requirements & Responsibilities : Active Licensure - Must hold a current, unrestricted pharmacist license in Washington (WA). Patient-Centered Care - Provide compassionate, judgment-free support, with a strong focus on patients living with HIV / AIDS and underserved populations. Clinical Expertise - Baseline knowledge of HIV medications. Strong understanding of chronic disease management and preventative therapies. AAHIVP certification preferred, but not required. Operational Skills - Proficiency with pharmacy software systems. Experience managing insurance claims. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory standards. Familiarity with McKesson Enterprise pharmacy management system preferred. Team Collaboration - Work effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide coordinated, holistic care. Communication Skills - Ability to counsel patients, promote adherence, and maintain clear communication with providers and support staff.
