Your role will involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care. This includes conducting admission visits, assessing patient eligibility for services, and developing tailored care plans.\n\nQualifications : \n
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree).\n
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse.\n
• Valid state Driver's License.\n
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience; two years preferred.\n
• Current CPR certification and Hepatitis consent / declination proof.\n
