Job Title : Senior Staff Designer

SUMMARY : The Senior Staff Designer leads the design and development of complex mechanical, industrial, or product systems within a manufacturing environment. This role combines advanced technical expertise with creative problem-solving to translate engineering requirements and production goals into practical, high-performance designs. They collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain—to ensure manufacturability, cost efficiency, and compliance with safety and industry standards.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE : Experience in field / related field, and / or a combination of education and experience. Preferred technical skills : Professional experience and proficiency in the use of PTC Creo 3D modeling and 2D drawing creation, knowledge of ASME y14.5 drawing standards with Geometric Tolerancing, MS-Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), experience with analysis software tools, FEA Creo Simulate, Ansys, Abaqus), CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics), knowledge of materials science and their effects on design, proficiency in sheet metal design, proficiency in designing injection molded parts.
