Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. 5+ years in a multi-unit leadership role within upscale or fine dining establishments. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and financial management skills. Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
