Stock Plan Manager

A company is looking for a Stock Plan Manager to join their Executive Compensation team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day administration of equity compensation plans, including RSUs, PSUs, and stock options

Ensure accurate and timely processing of equity transactions and maintain stock plan records

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of equity administration experience with a US public company

4+ years of experience with equity platforms (e.g., Fidelity, Shareworks)

3+ years of experience with SEC, IRS, and regulatory requirements related to equity compensation

Experience working with HRIS systems, preferably Workday

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and G Suite applications
