The ideal candidate will have experience in managing store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service. They will also be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations, including running the register, coaching and motivating team members, and handling customer complaints.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively with a diverse range of customers and colleagues. You will also need to have a strong understanding of sales strategies and be able to analyze data to inform business decisions.
