The scheduling coordinator creates and maintains the schedule for specified locations for employees and clients alike. The scheduling coordinator works closely with centerleads and director of clinical services.
Key Responsibilities
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Certifications, Registration or Licensure-
Valid State of Michigan’s Driver’s License and current auto insurance
Minimum Knowledge and Education-
Required : high school diploma or equivalent, familiarity with the Google Suite
Preferred : Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
Minimum Work Experience-
Required : Minimum of one year of experience in customer service, preferably in an office setting which includes answering multi-line telephones.
Preferred : Minimum of one year of experience scheduling.
